InfinityHX LLC (InfinityHX) is the business that sends text messages under this program. When you opt in, you may receive text messages related to your inquiries and projects, including appointment confirmations and scheduling, appointment reminders, service and project updates, and customer support responses.

We do not send recurring promotional or marketing text messages through this program.

You enroll in our text messaging program by providing your phone number directly to us — by phone, by email, or in person — and agreeing to receive text messages about your inquiry, appointment, or project. Our website's quote form does not collect phone numbers or enroll anyone in text messaging.

Participation is voluntary. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase, and simply contacting us or accepting these website terms does not enroll you in recurring text messages.

You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP" to the number you received messages from. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we may send you one final SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us unless you opt in again.

If you want to join again, just let us know by phone or email and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.
